L12 50mm 100:1 Linear Actuator

The L12 -I linear actuator has an embedded internal position controller that will allow you to send position commands which the actuator will follow. It can accept voltage, current or RC signal inputs. This actuator does not require the CIB controller board to run. Lower gear ratios have higher speed but less force. Higher gear ratios have higher force but are slower. See the L12 Datasheet for more detailed specifications. Each actuator comes with 2 rod ends and mounting hardware.

How do I control these mini linear actuators???

Good question. These linear actuators can be controlled with a PWM signal which is the standard signal used by hobby servos. So what you will need is a servo controller. These linear actuators will work with any of the controllers from the first three sections of our Servo Controllers page. If you are looking for the most simple solution for manual non-programming control we recommend using the Dual Servo Driver pictured on the right.
