Sharp IR Distance Sensor GP2D120 (1.57 - 11.81 inches)

This is the short-range version of the popular GP2D12 infrared distance measuring sensor. Accurately determines range to target between 4cm and 30cm. Can be used as a proximity detector to detect objects between 0cm and 50cm, though distance accuracy declines sharply outside the 4-30cm range.
