CONFIGURABLE INDOOR MOBILE MANIPULATION PLATFORM

Rivet brings omnidirectional mobility, vertical reach, onboard compute, perception, and two selected WidowX arms together in one coherent platform, so Physical AI teams build applications instead of integrating hardware.

NOT A BOOTH. NOT A WEBINAR. A WORKING PHYSICAL LAB.

COME SEE THE PHYSICAL AI STACK IN PERSON.

Physical AI teams are moving from impressive demos toward repeatable data collection, teleoperation, model workflows, and deployable robotic systems. For two weeks in San Francisco, Trossen is bringing the hardware and workflow stack together in one place.

BUILT FOR TEAMS DEVELOPING PHYSICAL AI ON A REAL EMBODIMENT

Rivet gives teams a real mobile embodiment to develop, collect data, prototype, and qualify applications before a production system exists, one consistent platform across research, data collection, and commercial pilots.

Mobile-manipulation research

Study navigation, manipulation, teleoperation, and policy learning on one consistent platform, without building a base-plus-arm stack.

Mass data collection

Collect on a repeatable mobile configuration with synchronized vision and sustained runtime for large-scale efforts.

Dual TRUmi.png

Commercial pilots

Move between task locations instead of duplicating fixed automation, blending autonomy with human intervention.

MADE FOR MOBILE, SCALABLE PHYSICAL AI DEVELOPMENT

Every major system choice serves the same goal: give Physical AI teams a capable mobile embodiment without forcing them to become a mobile robot manufacturer first.

Target.png

Move in every direction

Three-wheel swerve drive repositions smoothly within indoor workspaces without relying on a conventional turning radius.

Clock.png

Move in every direction

An independent vertical axis changes working height without asking the arms to solve the entire vertical workspace.

Develop bimanually

Choose Core, Pro, or Pro Heavy for a system designed around two-arm manipulation.

Power, compute, LiDAR, controls, battery, and local interface travel with the platform.

DATA WORKFLOW

ONE BODY FROM FIRST EPISODE TO FIELD LEARNING

Rivet sits at the center of a Trossen workflow designed to connect embodiment, human input, robot data, and supported deployment paths.

Extract.png

Scale

Repeat a known architecture: carry a documented system into supervised pilots, then scope networking, charging, compute, and fleet requirements with Trossen.

Map.png

Train + Evaluate

Move data into supported workflows: inspect, convert, train, and evaluate through the capabilities defined in the released SDK and compatibility matrix.

GoPro.png

Collect

Capture human intent: use Glide and the released Trossen SDK workflow to teleoperate Rivet and record supported robot, camera, and mobile-base streams.

Embody

Develop on the mobile body: start with the physical architecture your application is intended to use, mobility, task height, manipulation, power, compute, and sensing.

End-effector-centric data, not tied to one specific robot joint configuration.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is Rivet autonomous?
Rivet is launching for research, data collection, application development, teleoperation, supervised pilots, and integrator-led deployments. Autonomous behavior should only be assumed when it's named in a released capability and validated configuration.

Is Rivet safety-rated?
No. Rivet is not a safety-rated cobot or functionally safe system. The customer or integrator remains responsible for the complete-system safety architecture and deployment suitability.

What's included?
Mobile platform, vertical axis, swappable battery, charging and power hardware, onboard compute, LiDAR, touchscreen, arm mounts, two selected WidowX arms, one compliant gripper per arm, required cables, and included software. Cameras are not included, sold separately.

What outputs does TRumi support at launch?
TRumi outputs structured Zarr or MCAP datasets through Trossen Data Collection Pipelines.

When will Rivet ship?
The first allocation targets October 2026 delivery. Final timing is confirmed with each order and configuration.
