Biometric Information Privacy Policy

Trossen Robotics, LLC (“Company”) may collect, capture, or derive certain biometric identifiers or biometric information, including voiceprints and scans of face geometry, for the limited purpose of creating and operating AI-generated audiovisual content, product demonstrations, educational materials, and related business communications.

Biometric data is collected only with prior written consent and is used solely for the specific business purposes disclosed at the time of collection. The Company does not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric identifiers or biometric information.

Biometric data may be processed or stored by third-party service providers acting on the Company’s behalf under written agreements that require such providers to protect the data, use it only for authorized purposes, and delete it upon instruction.

The Company retains biometric data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as otherwise required by applicable law. Biometric data will be permanently destroyed when the initial purpose for collection has been satisfied or within three (3) years of the individual’s last interaction with the Company, whichever occurs first, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

The Company uses reasonable industry-standard security measures to protect biometric data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
