Shipping Policy
All complete orders placed before 2:30PM CST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. See Out of Stock & Partial Shipment Policies for more information. All deliveries will be made on weekdays (Mon-Fri). We currently do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
UPS: Shipments made through the United Parcel Service are guaranteed to arrive by the posted scheduled delivery times of UPS, from the time your package leaves our warehouse (subject to product availability). Please note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Trossen Robotics is not liable for late shipments if UPS does not meet their delivery schedule.
International Shipments International Taxes, Duties, Fees, etc: Please Note: International orders are subject to destination country’s import duties and taxes which may have to be collected on delivery. Any additional taxes, duties or customs fees to be collected are the responsibility of the customer, not Trossen Robotics. Be advised, refusal to pay these fees will result in your package being abandon and will not be refunded by Trossen Robotics.
Trossen Robotics reserves the right to change the shipping cost of orders prior to shipment in order to reflect any changes due to system errors, miscalculated weights, changes in address or any other situation that may arise. Customers will be contacted in the event a shipping cost has to be changed and will be given the option to accept the cost or cancel the order to receive a full refund.
Out of Stock & Partial Shipment Policies (Order on hold)
If one or more of the items you ordered is currently out of stock in our warehouse and the order cannot ship out in its entirety (typically notified by receiving an email stating your order is “on hold”) we will hold all items on the order until shipment can be completed in full. This is the case for all backorders no matter the shipping method or the country of origin. Expedited Shipping – Out of Stock
Orders that contain out of stock items with expedited shipping (IE: UPS Second Day Air) will be held until all items are available for shipment. While we do make our best effort to notify our customers when they’ve requested an order to be expedited and have items that are currently unavailable we do sometimes miss these time sensitive orders. If you have any questions on whether an order placed is available for immediate shipment contact us using the contact information above. Once all items are available for shipment the order will be shipped using the shipping method chosen at checkout. Arrangements may be made to change a shipping method by using the contact information above.
International Shipments – Out of Stock

Partial Shipments – Domestic US Shipments
Partial shipments may be arranged by contacting us after receiving your “on hold” email via the options above. When requesting a partial shipment please note that the default shipping method for sending your remaining order will be UPS Ground unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer and Trossen Robotics. Customer will be liable for all shipping expenses on the second shipment and will be billed when the remainder of the order has been shipped. If a partial shipment is agreed upon the customer will receive email correspondence with tracking information for partial shipments.
Partial Shipments – International Shipments
Partial shipments may be arranged by contacting us after receiving your “on hold” email via the options above. When requesting a partial shipment please note that the default shipping method for sending your remaining order will be USPS Priority International unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer and Trossen Robotics. Customer will be liable for all shipping expenses, duties and taxes on the second shipment and will be billed when the remainder of the order has been shipped. If a partial shipment is agreed upon the customer will receive email correspondence with tracking information for partial shipments.

UPS Delivery Commitment: Next business day delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states. Delivery by 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. to most other U.S. cities, including Anchorage, Alaska. Delivery by 10:00 a.m. to additional locations. Delivery times vary by zip codes and destinations.

International Shipping Options
International Importation Taxes, duties, fees, etc: When receiving an international shipment, your country may charge you for duties and importation taxes which UPS/USPS will collect upon delivery. YOU are responsible for paying these fees. To find out if your country charges these fees and what they might be, contact your local shipping agencies. Refusal to pay these fees will result in your package being abandoned by UPS/USPS and your money WILL NOT be refunded by Trossen Robotics. You are abandoning your own property in customs by refusing to pay importation taxes, duties, fees, etc. For shipments going to Mexico, additional governmental taxes may apply.

Lost Packages
Unfortunately sometimes packages go missing, if you believe your package has been lost by the selected carrier please contact us immediately at 866-478-3731 or by email: trsupport@trossenrobotics.com to begin to resolve the issue. In the event that your package has been lost by the carrier Trossen Robotics will file claim with said carrier and begin a trace to see if the package can be found (the trace can last anywhere from 8-60 days depending on circumstances). Once the process is complete and the carrier has confirmed the package is in fact lost we can send a replacement package or issue a refund for the order.
Please Note: Trossen Robotics will not send out a replacement package or issue a refund until the package is confirmed lost by the carrier. We understand certain circumstances will warrant having another order shipped out before the trace process is complete, in these cases we can take (or the customer can place) another order with us to be shipped out immediately. Once the trace comes back from the carrier at fault, and if the package is deemed lost we will then refund the original order in its entirety.
