Every hour an arm is out of service is an hour your team isn't working. The WidowX is built so that happens less often, and when it does happen you can fix it yourself the same day. Covers, cables, and gripper fingers all come off without taking the arm apart, so the parts that wear are the parts you can reach. Every WidowX is machined from solid metal, wired so any cable can be pulled and replaced, and built around the Trossen iNerve controller in its base.
A NEW ERA IN
AMERICAN-MADE ROBOT ARMS
Every WidowX is designed, machined, and assembled in-house, not sourced from an overseas catalog and rebranded. That means when you call for support, you're talking to the people who built the arm, not a reseller.
MACHINED METAL STRUCTURE
Every bracket is CNC-machined and spot-welded, not bent sheet metal. Nothing flexes or bends out of shape over time, so the arm you calibrate today is the same arm next year.
CABLES YOU CAN REPLACE
The connectors are sealed, the cable is sheathed, and there's one cable at the wrist instead of two. Cables are the part that wears out on every robot arm. We made it so you can replace one yourself instead of sending the arm in for service.
THE INERVE CONTROLLER
Every arm ships with a real controller built into its base, running above 600 Hz. It corrects for the arm's weight, its friction, and the forces of its own motion, so precise movement is built in rather than something you program.

WORKS WITH EVERYTHING
INTEGRATIONS
WidowX is the deployment arm across the whole Trossen platform. The same arm mounts on Solo, Workbench, and Rivet or onto your own fixture, teleoperates from a Glide leader arm at a Cockpit station, takes GMSL2 cameras at the wrist and around the workspace, and runs on the open-source Trossen SDK. Pick the payload your task needs and nothing else about your setup has to change.
