Anish Shah stands smiling with crossed arms beside black Trossen Robotics prototypes on white pedestals; TROSSEN text below.

Anish Shah is becoming our CEO, and our founder Matt Trossen is stepping into the CTO seat.

It's not a changing of the guard so much as each of them finally getting to focus on what they're best at. Matt's spent two decades being the technical backbone of this company, and as CTO, that's exactly where his attention goes now: engineering, product judgment, and the discipline of turning what's possible into what's actually useful. Anish has already been running growth, partnerships, and go-to-market as our President and COO — becoming CEO is him taking full ownership of that work, not starting something new.

"The technologies have changed many times, but our job has stayed remarkably consistent: listen to the people pushing them forward, understand what they need, and turn that into products more people can use," said Matt.

"Matt has built more than a product company. He has built a way of bringing advanced technology within reach," said Anish. "Our next chapter is about scaling that strength."

Same direction we've always had, just with the right person driving each half of it.
